Healing is not just about moving forward—it’s about releasing the patterns that no longer serve us. Core repatterning is a transformational healing method deigned by Lynn Kirkham that helps individuals identify and rewire deep-seated emotional patterns, trauma responses, and limiting beliefs. By giving voice to pain and processing past wounds, we create space for profound freedom and change.
I know this because I went through this work myself.
What is core repatterning?
Core repatterning is a healing approach that helps individuals release past trauma, shift deeply rooted subconscious patterns, and step into a more empowered version of themselves. It works by identifying emotional and physiological imprints from past experiences experiences and transforming them into new, healthier patterns.
Many of our limiting beliefs, fears, and emotional wounds stem from childhood or significant past experiences. These patterns shape the way we navigate relationships, self-worth, and decision-making—often without us realizing it. Core repatterning allows us to uncover, process, and let go of these imprints in a safe and guided way.
This approach is not about reliving trauma, or even understanding why, but about giving it a voice so it can finally be released. That’s what makes it so effective.
Why I am studying to be a core repatterning practitioner
I have personally experienced the power of this work. I stepped into core repatterning as a client, and in doing so, I was able to give voice to my own trauma, release it, and finally feel a sense of peace that had eluded me for so long.
Breaking the cycle of generational trauma
Before my daughter was born, I knew I wanted to do the deep healing work necessary so that I wouldn’t pass my own unprocessed wounds onto her. The healing we do for ourselves isn’t just for us—it’s for the generations that follow. I am so grateful I did this work before becoming a mother, because it allowed me to break the cycle of generational trauma.
Transforming relationships
Our childhood experiences—especially family dynamics—shape how we connect, communicate, and set boundaries as adults. Unresolved trauma often leads to repeating unhealthy patterns in relationships, whether through attachment styles, emotional triggers, or subconscious beliefs. Core repatterning helps uncover these patterns, release them, and create healthier, more authentic connections.
Helping others release their pain
Having experienced this transformation firsthand, I feel deeply called to help others do the same. I want to help people give voice to their pain so they can release it—so they, too, can live with more freedom, more peace, and more connection. I believe that hurt people hurt people, and healed people heal people.
A personal mission rooted in love
For me, healing isn’t just personal—it’s profoundly rooted in my love for my daughter. If the world had less pain, it would be more open to looking at her with kinder eyes. Every act of healing ripples outward in love, and I believe that when we heal ourselves, we make the world a better, softer place for those we love.
Honoring the impact of Lynn Kirkham
In choosing this path, I also want to continue the impact of Lynn Kirkham, one of my coaches and a mentor who has been a guiding light in my journey. Her passion for helping others heal has deeply inspired me, and I feel honored to apply what I have learned to support others in reclaiming their voice and truth.
I first experienced her work through the Yes You Can Speak program (Learn more here), which helped me find my voice and step into greater confidence and healing. That experience planted the seed for my journey into core repatterning, and I am deeply grateful for the transformation it set in motion.
Final thoughts
Healing through core repatterning has been one of the most profound experiences of my life. It has helped me find my voice, break cycles, and step into a place of deep self-awareness and freedom.
This is why I am studying to become a core repatterning practitioner—so I can walk alongside others on their healing journeys. Right now, I am midway through my training and would love to support those who are ready to explore this work.

Frequently asked questions
Is core repatterning the same as therapy?
No, core repatterning is not therapy. It is a method that allows you to give voice to deeply held pain, so it can be acknowledged and released. Unlike traditional talk therapy, this process works to shift limiting beliefs and emotional patterns at the root.
What does a core repatterning sessions involve?
Each session includes a structured intake process to uncover deep-seated emotional patterns. It starts with an initial intake (90 min). Then depending on the individual, the clearing process can take up to two sessions, each lasting about two hours. For some individuals the sessions will be shorter and for other it will be long.
What can I expect to feel afterward?
Many people report feeling lighter, more aligned, and more authentically themselves. By releasing stored emotional burdens, you create space for greater clarity, peace, and self-trust. In other words, you released a lifetime of belief systems that no longer serves you.
How much does sessions cost?
I’m currently offering these sessions for free, as I am looking to gain more practice and experience. However, trauma clearing sessions based on the core repatterning methodology of Lynn Kirkham can cost upwards of $1,500.
Do you accept all clients for core repatterning?
I believe healing is a deeply personal journey, and it’s important that we are the right fit to work together. Before scheduling a session, I take time to ensure that core repatterning is aligned with your needs and that you feel comfortable with the process. If it’s not the best fit, I’m happy to provide guidance on other supportive resources.
