About me

Hi, I’m Eva Chi, and I believe healing is a journey back to wholeness.

For most of my life, I didn’t know I needed healing. I was angry, hurt, and it was coming out in insecure ways. I thought healing meant moving on—pushing forward, staying strong, and leaving the past behind. But I’ve come to understand that true healing isn’t about forgetting—it’s about integrating, reclaiming, and stepping fully into who we were always meant to be.

Like many, I carried wounds from my past that shaped how I saw myself, how I navigated relationships, and how I moved through the world. I spent years feeling stuck, repeating patterns I didn’t understand, and struggling with deep anxiety that felt bigger than the present moment. It wasn’t until I gave myself permission to slow down and listen—to my body, my emotions, and my spirit—that I truly began to heal.

My healing journey

My journey has been one of deep inner work, faith, and self-discovery. I’ve invested in my own healing, working with some of the best coaches and learning transformative tools along the way. This path led me to core repatterning, somatic healing, and faith-centered practices that changed my life. I realized that the body holds onto trauma just as much as the mind, and that true healing requires us to address both.

I also learned that healing isn’t meant to be walked alone. I have felt firsthand the power of being seen, heard, and supported, and that’s why I’m here—to create a space where others can step into their own healing journey with compassion and grace.

My studies & certifications

I believe in continuous learning and deepening my understanding of healing practices. My formal training includes:

  • Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Certification – Completed through the Nutritional Therapy Association, focusing on how nourishment supports emotional and physical well-being.
  • Yoga Certification – Earning now through My Vinyasa Practice, emphasizing the mind-body connection and breath as a tool for regulation and healing.
  • Core Repatterning Practitioner Certification – Studying now under Lynn Kirkham and Sarah Cruise, learning how to help others release deeply held emotional patterns and traumas.

What I share

On Nourishing Soul, you’ll find blog posts and resources on:

  • Somatic healing – Understanding how the body holds onto trauma and how to release it.
  • Inner child work – Healing old wounds and reconnecting with your most authentic self.
  • Core repatterning – Letting go of limiting beliefs and emotional patterns that no longer serve you.
  • Faith-centered healing – Integrating God’s love and wisdom into the healing journey.
  • Practical tools for transformation – Journaling prompts, guided exercises, and reflective practices to support you every step of the way.

Why I do this work

I do this work because I know what it’s like to feel stuck in patterns that seem impossible to break. I know the frustration of trying to “think” your way out of old wounds when your body is still holding onto them. And I know the freedom that comes when you finally release what was never meant to be yours to carry.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about remembering who you’ve always been, before the world told you otherwise.

If you’re here, I want you to know that your healing is possible. You are seen. You are loved. You are not alone.
